Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder engagement and communication across both technical and business teams
Build support and overcome resistance to new processes and systems
Coach leaders and change champions to navigate transitions successfully
Translate complex technical concepts (SAM) into clear, user-friendly language
Design and deliver training materials, including workshops, documentation, and videos
Facilitate meetings and presentations across all levels of the organization
Develop RACI matrices and clarify roles and responsibilities across teams
Create adoption roadmaps and track progress to ensure successful implementation
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
