Front Desk Support Specialist
Compass Management Group, Inc. is a premier, full-service property management company and a designated Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC). They are seeking a Front Desk Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and realtors, managing inquiries and documentation to support Community Association Managers.

Responsibilities
Manage high-volume phones and emails; assist homeowners with portal access and create/route support tickets for resolution
Provide accurate answers by referencing association records and keep digital documents (CC&Rs, rules, notices) organized and current
Process incoming/outgoing mail, manage mailings with a 2–5 day turnaround, and coordinate "no-cost" maintenance requests (e.g., missed trash pickup)
Send approved violation notices, track rental applications, and support new association onboarding as directed by management
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in an administrative support, front desk, or high-volume customer service role
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs)
Professional verbal and written skills; ability to remain calm and helpful when handling homeowner inquiries
Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to meet strict administrative deadlines
This is a 100% in-office position at our Plymouth, MN location; consistent attendance is essential
