This role involves overseeing football recruiting functions related to campus visits for prospective student-athletes, coordinating visits, and managing communications with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of prospective student-athlete official visits, unofficial visits and designated high school junior day visits
Liaisons with prospective student-athletes and their families
Liaisons with campus departments (faculty, professors, advisors, compliance, sports medicine, equipment, etc.) as related to on-campus visits of prospective student-athletes
Assists with the admissions process for prospective student athletes
Plans, organizes, and leads the football department’s recruiting meetings as related to on campus visits
Monitors and maintains the tracking and reporting of student-athlete countable athletically related activities for Football and the Athletics Compliance office
Manages recruiting student workers’ schedules, training, and projects
Ensures prospective student-athlete information is up-to-date, complete, and accurate in the recruiting/compliance database
Manages daily recruiting functions, including but not limited to, recruiting mail outs and digital media communications with prospective student-athletes, high school coaches, junior college coaches, and ECU position /area coaches
Nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and travel are required in the performance of duties
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
A valid NC Driver's License
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred
Experience with Photoshop
Experience with recruiting database software
Experience with on campus recruiting organization
Previous experience working with recruiting or operations at high school, college, or professional level
