Responsibilities

Serve as a system administrator for the HRIS (UKG), ensuring accurate configuration and ongoing system stability
Maintain system tables, workflows, security roles, and organizational structures
Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors
Develop, manage, and run ad hoc reports for HR, management, and business leaders
Create dashboards, data visualizations, and scheduled reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
Review current HRIS processes and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience
Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or features
Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Provide Tier II HRIS support to HR staff and employees
Develop user guides, training materials, and job aids
Facilitate training sessions for HR team members and end users on system functionality and best practices
Ensure HR data is maintained in compliance with internal policies, state/federal regulations, and security protocols
Support audit requests by providing required documentation and reporting as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–8 years of progressive experience in HRIS administration
Demonstrated ability to develop and run ad hoc reports using system reporting tools
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience maintaining HRIS modules such as Core HR, Talent, Benefits, Timekeeping, or Payroll
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with UKG in a mid-to-large manufacturing workforce environment
Previous experience in HR Operations or HR analytics
Knowledge of compliance requirements such as FLSA, EEO, ACA, and data privacy standards
