Responsibilities
Manage workstreams supporting BD-to-RIA or hybrid model transitions
Coordinate activities across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Advisor teams
Support custody and clearing transitions, including asset transfers and client onboarding
Track regulatory, operational, and execution risks related to advisory transitions
Maintain governance artefacts, timelines, and status reporting
Support change-management efforts to minimise advisor and client disruption
Qualification
Required
8 plus years of program or project management experience in Wealth Management or Banking
Experience supporting BD-to-RIA transitions or WM platform initiatives
Familiarity with Pershing or other RIA custodians
Working knowledge of broker-dealer vs. RIA operating and regulatory models
Strong execution focus and stakeholder management skills
