EPITEC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Analyst to join their team in Lafayette, IN. This role supports logistics planning activities by managing ETA information from suppliers, updating internal tools, and assisting with daily operational needs.

Responsibilities

Assist Logistics Planning Analysts by obtaining ETA updates from suppliers and entering data into the internal web tool
Support ordering and processing of PIN plates, serialization of GENS, and ETA updates for upcoming shipments
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely logistical information
Pull Excel reports daily to identify and communicate changes from suppliers
Work closely with team members to maintain smooth operations and accurate data flow
Support special projects or tasks as needed; team provides hands-on training

Required

Experience: 2–4 years in logistics, supply chain, or related work (internships accepted)
Education: No degree required
Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills (daily data pulls and interpretation)
Technical Skills: Ability to learn internal systems and logistics workflows
Soft Skills: Strong prioritization and time-management abilities
Soft Skills: Team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible
Soft Skills: Clear communication and willingness to collaborate

Preferred

Prior experience supporting logistics or supplier coordination
Exposure to ETA management, supplier communications, or workflow tracking tools
