ACCOUNT MANAGER — Behavioral Health Revenue Cycle Management
Consultex Practice Management, Inc. is a company focused on behavioral health revenue cycle management, and they are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the operational point of contact for a group of clients. This role involves ensuring smooth communication, timely claim submission, and coordination with internal billing teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients
Manage daily billing workflows and ensure timely submission of claims
Review documentation for completeness and compliance
Coordinate with internal teams (VOB, UR, posting, AR, claims)
Provide weekly updates to clients on key issues, outstanding items, and status
Track payer issues, denials, trends, and escalate as needed
Assist with onboarding new clients and programs
Monitor clean claim rates, outstanding documentation, and AR follow-up
Participate in internal QA efforts to improve overall billing quality
Maintain strong understanding of payer rules and behavioral health billing models
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of experience in behavioral health RCM or medical billing
Knowledge of SUD/MH billing (IOP, PHP, OP, Residential)
Familiar with Medicaid + commercial payers
Good communication and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Preferred
Experience with Kipu, Avea, Waystar, Ritten, or similar platforms preferred
