Responsibilities

Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders; translate them into epics, features, and user stories with clear technical acceptance criteria
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, including architecture, ensuring transparency and shared understanding
Employ technical and thought leadership to drive products from inception to release, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and delivery goals
Collaborate with engineers to validate feasibility, clarify technical dependencies, and ensure solutions meet performance and security standards
Coordinate readiness efforts for releases, including pre-launch quality checks and internal sign-offs
Establish post-launch monitoring and analyze product performance to inform future priorities
Communicate product health, risks, and successes to program leadership and customer stakeholders
Work with and align with Training and Communications team on training needs, and provide support as necessary to both TAC and in user facing calls

Required

Bachelor's degree plus 5 or more years of experience; OR Associate's degree plus 7 or more years of experience; OR Master's degree plus 3 or more years of experience
5+ years in a technical role with experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments to include:
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust Clearance
Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S
Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years

Preferred

Experience in healthcare domain and/or federal contracting
