Responsibilities
Build, enhance, and support DevOps tooling and operational infrastructure for on‑prem and cloud‑based environments
Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting DPT, PTC Flow, and integrations between WNC, Codebeamer, and RVS
Partner with development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑quality SaaS services
Automate provisioning, configuration, deployments, and monitoring across multiple environments
Implement and uphold DevSecOps best practices, including secure pipeline design, container hardening, and vulnerability scanning
Troubleshoot production issues in highly available, distributed systems
Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to strengthen the Digital Thread platform
Write and maintain clear, accurate documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and operational processes
Support cross‑functional teams by providing integration insights, tooling improvements, and operational expertise
Qualification
Required
Ability to commute to the Shoreview, MN office 2-3 days a week
Hands-on tool development and automation experience with: GitLab, GitHub, Python, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale
Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems and SaaS architectures
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
Solid understanding of security and secure development practices: SAST, DAST, SCA, Container image security, Infrastructure and pipeline hardening
Experience with or interest in DevOps and Platform Engineering culture
Preferred
1-2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Automation Engineering, or Platform Engineering
Experience provisioning, operating, and securing highly available, on-premise or hybrid environments
Previous exposure to SaaS production environments or running systems at scale
Experience solving operational challenges in large, distributed systems
