Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets
Identify and engage potential customers, including interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and other healthcare professionals
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to increase product visibility
Drive product adoption through persuasive communication and product demonstrations
Develop an understanding of the market unique to assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain in-depth knowledge of LAVA and its clinical applications
Educate healthcare professionals on product usage, techniques, and benefits through training sessions, workshops, and in-services
Stay updated on competitive products and industry trends to effectively position the company’s solutions
Manage and prioritize customer accounts and sales activities within the assigned territory
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs, clinical affairs) to ensure seamless customer experiences
Adhere to all regulatory and company policies regarding sales practices and product promotion
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in Salesforce
Provide timely sales reports and market feedback to management
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required

Bachelors degree in Business, Science or a related field or equivalent work experience required
5+ years of direct embolic experience and 10+ years medical device sales experience launching new products and selling modality change
Ability to effectively interact with a variety of health care professionals
Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Must reside in and be able to travel within the territory for which you are assigned
Travel 60-75% which can include weekends/holidays as needed
Physical requirements include: sitting, walking, standing, for prolonged amount of time, possible exposure to radiation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Current valid drivers license
