8+ years expScalence L.L.C. is seeking a Lead System Architect responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of deliverables while engaging multiple stakeholders and teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively, mentor the team, and ensure delivery meets business expectations in functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities
Participate in daily scrum and refinement calls
Attend all required calls with different stakeholders and update the team accordingly
Actively participate in technical design and lead the team to finalize major design decisions
Hands-on contribution in complicated POC or functionality if required
Work closely with the team lead to ensure all team members have adequate work and no impediments
Review code for major deliverables and provide regular updates to team members
Debug any production issues and provide necessary support/resolution
Qualification
Required
At least 8-12 years of strong hands-on experience in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging skills in PEGA 8.x and above
PEGA CLM Framework and Base Product expertise
Certifications: Should be PEGA CSSA or CLSA Certified
Proficient in Pega PRPC – ECS and Case Management design
Experience in web-based (REST) integration components in Pega PRPC
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred
Experience in enhancing applications currently active in production
Experience in adopting Pega applications with CICD tools
Knowledgeable in Performance Tuning and Deployment process
Financial Service background or experience preferred
Experience with Pega Constellation
Experience in managing small teams end to end
Understanding of PEGA guardrails and best practices
Education: B.E./B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
