Responsibilities

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant state mandatory CLE requirements and act as CLE resource to attorneys
Analyze both in-house and client programs to ensure CLE, SHRM & HRCI requirements are met
Attend programs and assist with procedure implementation for CLE-eligible programs, including monitoring attendance sheets, preparing webinar codes and taking timed agendas
Analyze external CLE program attendance and administer external course reimbursement policies and procedures
Create and distribute CLE certificates of attendance
Maintain and audit centralized CLE records
Prepare year-end reports and renewal applications for accredited provider status
Manage and work to creatively leverage online CLE tracking database, CE Manager
Maintain accreditation in jurisdictions where the firm is an accredited provider and apply for program accreditation in other jurisdictions as needed
Monitor attorney CLE compliance and communicate with attorneys to assure compliance
Create CLE compliance plans for individual attorneys pulling together applicable and relevant programs
Maintain online CLE program calendar and Update CLE-related content on the firm’s intranet
Special projects related to CLE and other HR initiatives

Required

BA/BS Degree or equivalent with five (5) years of professional work experience
Must have strong computer skills, MS Office Suite preferred as well as web application and database experience
Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects/assignments at the same time
Strong analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy
Proactively communicates with internal and external clients to provide high quality support

Preferred

Knowledge of Continuing Legal Education is a plus, but not required
