Human Resources Assistant
AccruePartners is seeking a Human Resources Assistant for a 6-month contract position. The role involves supporting the HR Director and Benefits Manager with various administrative tasks, managing employee information, and assisting with onboarding processes.

Responsibilities
Support the HR Director and Benefits Manager with day-to-day admin tasks, tracking requests, and helping keep priorities organized
Enter and update employee information in HR systems (HRIS/payroll/benefits) with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality
Assist with onboarding and HR record keeping (new hire paperwork, checklists, document filing, and policy acknowledgments)
Help the team work through a benefits/paperwork backlog by processing basic transactions and routing employee questions to the right person
Qualification
Required
Experience in an HR focused admin, coordinator, or internship role
High attention to detail and comfort working with confidential employee information
Strong computer skills, including Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, simple formulas) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Reliable, organized, and able to move fast in a high-volume environment; available to start ASAP
Preferred
Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
