Internal Sales Specialist

LIFE Brokerage LLC is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist responsible for supporting all wholesale life insurance activity across the firm. Responsibilities

Life Insurance Case Design support for all agents and internal team members
Product illustration analysis, modeling, and summary preparation
Advanced sales concept modeling and support for advisors firm-wide
Underwriting and case management support for any agent or Director requiring assistance
Assist agents with sales strategy through creation of customized spreadsheets, comparisons, and concept materials
Collaborate with Brokerage Directors and Marketers to prepare webinars, advisor presentations, and sales concepts
Provide coverage and support for Brokerage Directors and Marketers when they are out of office or traveling
Maintain a working knowledge of carrier products, platforms, and illustration systems
Support recruiting conversations by assisting with product and platform comparisons for new advisors
Ability to articulate and use quick-quote tools for impaired risk life insurance scenarios

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to build, analyze, and audit complex models

Licensed life and health, Series 6 & 63
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsiveness — ability to return calls, emails, and case requests promptly
Ability to manage a high volume of activity with a strong sense of urgency
Analytical thinker able to break down complex planning scenarios
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
Strong background in insurance concepts, products, and producer support
Ability to problem-solve and identify appropriate solutions for advisors
