The Guest Restaurant / Just Walk Out Experience Manager will oversee operations, manage partnerships, and coordinate site launches while supporting growth initiatives across the B&I Division.

Responsibilities
Write and maintain the Gyrizo Guest Restaurant playbook and operational standards
Recruit, onboard, and manage regional and national Guest Restaurant partners
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and long-term service and installation schedules at all participating sites
Serve as primary liaison between Guest Restaurants, Amazon SPOC’s, HQ teams, and branch operations
Coordinate site launches, ensuring licensing, approvals, equipment, marketing materials, and pricing are in place
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and Marketing
Conduct regular site visits and support growth initiatives
Develop QBR materials and report on sales, profitability, and program performance
Ensure installation readiness, including remote verification and leadership coverage
Maintain and update the Just Walk Out playbook and program standards
Partner with Procurement to expand offerings and manage quarterly planograms
Coordinate site launches, installation schedules, and equipment readiness
Act as liaison between AVI, Amazon, and Just Walk Out teams
Ensure compliance with licensing, approvals, workflows, and onboarding requirements
Support QBR development and program reporting
Maintain backup equipment inventory and ensure operational continuity
Lead weekly meetings with branch teams to ensure alignment, timelines, and accountability
Provide operational oversight and ownership across all active and upcoming sites
Support continuous improvement and scalable growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing restaurant operations or similar environments
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to travel as needed for site openings
Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to develop and manage operational standards and playbooks
Experience in recruiting and managing partnerships
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Experience in reporting on sales, profitability, and program performance
Ability to ensure compliance with licensing and operational workflows
Preferred
Experience with Just Walk Out technology or similar automated systems
Familiarity with Business & Industry (B&I) Division operations
Experience in developing QBR materials
Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management
