Responsibilities
Provide legal support to Pennant’s affiliated operations, including home care, physician services, home health, hospice and senior living
Support Pennant’s litigation attorneys
Organize and oversee case files
Correspond with opposing counsel
Draft responses to basic litigation documents (discovery, answers, etc.)
Calendar deadlines
Execute administrative duties
Support and help oversee insurance program, including annual insurance renewals and regular communication with carriers and brokers
Maintain files and information relevant to insurance coverage
Process legal invoices
Demonstrated ability to:
Draft legal documents
Manage cases
Assisting in legal research
Process and collect production of documents and electronically stored information
Superior teamwork, time management, and analytical skills required
Qualification
Required
