Responsibilities

You actively acquire new customers in the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors and handle inquiries to find suitable solutions for their needs
In the consultative sales process, you identify the best applications for our SaaS solutions and consulting services
Together with our team, you develop and implement sales strategies aimed at building sustainable and value-driven customer relationships
You manage the sales pipeline for large deals, detect potential bottlenecks early, and take responsibility for the entire tender process for complex projects
Through close collaboration with business development, marketing, and product teams, you ensure that our solutions remain up-to-date and aligned with customer requirements
Success measurement and regular reporting are also part of your tasks, with a focus on KPIs that reflect long-term customer relationships and recurring revenue

Required

Experience in sales, account management, or consulting of SaaS solutions in the B2B sector, ideally in the areas of SAP or Life Sciences
Passion for sales and customer relationships
Strong communication skills and being a true team player
Consultative approach to understanding client challenges and needs
Negotiation skills and proficiency with CRM tools
Ability to build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
Ideally, a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, natural sciences, or a related field
Comfortable speaking and giving presentations in both German and English
