Responsibilities
Responsible for retrieving and fulfilling standard Data Management requests with direction from the Lead and Supervisor
Retrieves equipment orders from CRM /document retrieval system and performs customer maintenance returning an accurate update along with necessary linkages in a timely manner
Retrieves requests from the Data Management mailbox – updates the system and returns the requests with the necessary information for requestor to complete their updates
Works with ancillary departments to resolve customer database issues while providing guidance to others to meet the needs of our Customers
Receives and resolves customer care tickets from all other Departments working them to completion
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience
Must be able to work overtime at the end of each month
Must be capable of sitting for extended periods of time and working on computer monitors
Capable of taking direction to learn problem solving skills
Professional oral and written communication skills
Basic Excel skills required
Capable of working well in a team environment
