Responsibilities
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
Conduct background checks and verify candidate information as part of the hiring process
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including preparing reports and managing documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes
Assist in coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities
Collaborate with team members to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in human resources or a related administrative role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with HRIS systems and general HR processes
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data entry
