Responsibilities
Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures to ensure effective delivery of service
Recruit, train and supervise staff and interns
Budget oversight in collaboration with leaders and/or funders
Complete administrative tasks including client documentation, incident reporting, auditing, performance evaluations, quarterly reports, community referrals, etc
Liaison to community partners; provide training and education; participation on internal or external committees or teams
Direct service with clients as needed
Rotation in on call supervisor coverage and shift coverage is expected as needed
Qualification
Required
Combination of related education and experience; bachelor's degree
Preferred
Three years' relevant experience
Supervisory and management experience
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and use of a personal vehicle
