Account Manager
American Consumer Shows (ACS) is the nation's leading event management producer in the wedding and home improvement industries. As an Account Manager, you will work with a dynamic team to execute renewal strategies, drive revenue, and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
Engage with clients looking to renew their booth space at one of our events, address their concerns, and highlight the value of continued participation
Foster client loyalty by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and effective problem-solving
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to analyze customer feedback and fine-tune renewal strategies
Qualification
Required
At least two years of experience in an inside sales role
Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A charismatic and persuasive personality, combined with excellent verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Must be tech savvy, extremely computer literate and comfortable working with multiple computer monitors
Ability to learn, retain, and apply detailed information
Outgoing personality (people person)
Excellent communication, selling and influencing skills
Passion for being an integral part of a 45-year-old company with extraordinary growth ahead
Open to coaching
Preferred
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Act! (CRM) is a plus
