Responsibilities
Host a live, one-hour workshop, on a monthly basis
Answer student questions related to the field and job search
Share real-world insight into what entry-level roles actually look like
Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience in the field
Interest in mentoring and helping career changers
Strong communication and teaching ability
Availability at least three evening per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday
Self-starter mindset — comfortable running your own workshops
Preferred
Enjoy teaching and mentoring
Want flexible, side income
Like the idea of being paid to teach — with optional upside
Don't need guaranteed hours or full-time income
