Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, business-side transformation initiatives for global banks, focusing on Payments and Trade Finance rather than pure IT implementation
Lead large-scale organizational shifts, including operating model redesigns, process improvements, and policy changes to drive tangible business outcomes
Spearhead significant digital delivery journeys, leveraging deep domain knowledge to navigate the nuances of global payment systems and trade finance environments
Act as a primary liaison across global geographies, managing expectations, negotiations, and escalations with executive-level business leaders
Champion Agile methodologies to manage project scope, risk, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables align with modern banking practices and rapid delivery cadences
Qualification
