Responsibilities
Responsible for perfecting liens on all collateralized loans including titles, UCC filings, and real estate recordings in accordance with established service level agreements. Ensures all systems of record are accurately updated at each touch point
Responds to all loan-related inquiries in a timely manner. Conducts all communication (written, verbal, and face-to-face) with all persons (members, teammates, staff, and vendors) in a clear, kind, collaborative, and constructive manner utilizing service skills, exemplifying Blue’s culture. Maintains service levels for all department turn-times as set forth by management
Works closely with 3rd parties to ensure our liens are perfected and member issues are resolved
Supports Title Operations Department initiatives; provides backup to other key components within the department
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
Qualification
Required
A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
A high school degree or equivalent
Courtesy and tact are essential elements of the job
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team
Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions
Must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations, spell accurately, and understand computer basics
Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence
Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization
Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace
Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities
Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters
