Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in California
Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment law
Strong experience with discovery, depositions, and law and motion practice
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
