Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Creative team to support daily operations
Coordinate meetings with the team and stakeholders, such as creative kick-offs, brainstorming sessions, and project stand-ups
Update project details in management software to track progress and timelines
Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, and organize creative assets (design files, copy, mockups, etc.) for easy access
Communicate regularly with internal teams (designers, copywriters, editor/motion designer) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
Collect and relay feedback from stakeholders or internal teams to the Creative team, ensuring revisions align with expectations
Address any roadblocks promptly and help resolve issues quickly
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance team processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably in a creative environment (in-house or agency okay)
Experience in project coordination and/or digital content production
Experience with project management platforms such as AirTable or Jira, and familiarity with Slack, Google Drive, and digital asset management systems
Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative mindset that welcomes diverse perspectives and encourages consensus-building
A team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to contribute to a creative, energized environment
