Responsibilities
Take full ownership of our delivery organization—revamping processes, strengthening project execution, and ensuring we consistently meet (and exceed) the commitments made to our clients
Oversee a portfolio of 10–15 software services projects, many multi-million-dollar, subscription-based enterprise initiatives
Serve as the connective tissue across delivery, proposals, financials, planning, and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
8+ years of delivery leadership experience within software services or technology consulting
Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise programs
Experience with subscription-based or licensing-based software models
Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, margin management
Hands-on ownership of proposals, RFPs, SOWs, and delivery commitments
Background in reengineering delivery processes and building PMO structures
Ability to operate in a mid-size environment with high adaptability and minimal bureaucracy
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or insurance industries (nice to have)
Familiarity with SAFe environments and the ability to selectively apply Agile/Scrum/SAFe principles without unnecessary overhead
Experience managing multiple major projects simultaneously
