Overseeing site assessments and field activities
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Preparing technical reports
Interacting with clients and agencies
Staying updated on industry best practices
Lead and support environmental remediation projects
Lead projects from planning through execution
Remedy assessment and selection
Implementing remediation strategies while ensuring compliance
Overseeing multi-disciplinary project teams
Support proposal efforts
Providing mentorship to junior staff
Develop scope, schedule, and budget for assigned project
Managing projects from inception to completion
Working with and leading a project team
Preparing work plans
Supporting remedial designs
Preparing final project reports
Ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed on project progress and execution
Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Managing a variety of subcontractors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or PhD with 5 years of experience
Experience managing projects and navigating regulations
Proficiency with environmental software and tools
Understanding of environmental remediation principles and techniques
Effective communication skills
Leadership skills
Problem-solving skills
A valid driver's license
Willingness to travel
Preferred
A 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification
