Responsibilities
Leads teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs
Directs and manages all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family
Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution
Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
Experience with one of the following: procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis, etc
A Secret Clearance, will be required after hire
Preferred
Experience transitioning from design to production
Experience working within a classified environment
Experience driving organizational change
Experience implementing Agile program management practices
