Responsibilities
Assisting Sr Payroll Manager with the following:
Processing biweekly payrolls
Reconciling 401K and 401K loans and reporting totals to Accounting
Reconciling all PTO accruals and balances
Processing off-cycle payrolls as needed
Troubleshooting payroll issues with software vendor as needed
Working with HR and Accounting as needed
Assisting employees with payroll related questions
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years' experience doing payroll processing
Knowledge of basic accounting
Knowledge of payroll process
Knowledge of HR roles with benefits and how it pertains to payroll
Knowledge of payroll taxes
