Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop creative concepts
Adapt tone and style for different platforms, audiences, and campaign goals
Edit and refine copy based on feedback and performance data
Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years experience in an ad agency or corporate creative team
A portfolio that showcases integrated campaigns, human-centric tech storytelling, and a sophisticated command of brand voice
Write clear, engaging copy that drives results and supports marketing objectives
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop creative concepts
Adapt tone and style for different platforms, audiences, and campaign goals
Edit and refine copy based on feedback and performance data
Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints
Demonstrate a 'builder' mindset by using AI tools to enhance creative output, from brainstorming and research to drafting and refining copy
Work independently and as part of the creative team, typically including an art director and/or designer, to deliver excellent work on every aspect of a project
Ability to quickly synthesize complex product briefs and brand standards—utilizing AI tools to accelerate the learning curve and output
A 'beginner's mind' approach to learning our brand tone, paired with a veteran's ability to execute it
Be an avid learner of the business and industry of our internal clients and external customers
Show curiosity and ask questions to get to the root of things
Identify and develop opportunities that address gaps in our thinking
Participate in all necessary meetings—briefings, status, brainstorming sessions, and presentations—with senior leaders
Manage multiple projects for various clients and work with project management to meet all deadlines
Provide a point of view, express it well, and present/sell work effectively
Maintain strong, proactive relationships with all members of the creative team and partner teams
