eCommerce Coordinator

The eCommerce Coordinator supports day-to-day operations across CEP’s digital sales channels, focusing on product launches, site merchandising, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
Support daily operations of the CEP Shopify website and Amazon storefront
Assist with product uploads, updates, and merchandising (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, tags, collections)
Maintain catalog accuracy across platforms, including SKUs, UPCs, variants, and inventory status
Conduct routine site and listing audits to ensure accuracy across PDPs, promotions, and user experience
Support new product launches, seasonal drops, and collection updates
Coordinate product data, assets, and timelines with marketing, product, and inventory teams
Ensure launches are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards
Assist with execution of site promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns across Shopify and Amazon
Support homepage, collection, and PDP updates aligned with promotional calendars
Support management of the loyalty program in alignment with monthly promotions and overall sales strategy
Assist with Amazon listing optimization, updates, and compliance
Support management of FBA and FBM listings, product availability, and review readiness (e.g., Vine enrollment support)
Track reviews, ratings, and listing health metrics
Write and maintain A+ Content for Amazon product pages
Pull and organize basic performance reports (sales, traffic, promotions)
Track promotional results and product performance over time
Maintain internal tracking documents and spreadsheets to support decision-making
Work closely with marketing, inventory, operations, customer service, and external partners to ensure smooth execution
Support quality assurance across platforms before launches and promotions go live
Assist with third-party account coordination when needed
Support creation of creative assets for paid social and digital campaigns
Assist with writing ad copy for platforms including Meta and Google
Provide agencies with creative assets, briefs, and executional support as needed
Assist with building and deploying email and SMS campaigns
Support automated email flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and retention journeys
Assist with monthly campaign execution and account-based email initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product data, and digital tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Strong written communication skills
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central
Experience with promotions, discount structures, or online merchandising
Basic understanding of paid media, SEO, product listings, or marketplace optimization
Experience working with digital assets
Interest in performance apparel, running, fitness, or outdoor categories
