Director of Business Development
Pendless Browser Automation is a B2B SaaS company that offers enterprise-level Robotic Process Automation solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. They are seeking a senior Business Development leader to scale revenue and partnerships, driving B2B revenue from initial conversations to signed customers while working closely with the founders.
Responsibilities
Own and drive B2B revenue from first conversations to signed customers
Identify and close high-value SMB and mid-market opportunities
Build repeatable sales motion and early GTM strategy
Develop partnerships with consultants, agencies, and operators who can resell or deploy Pendless
Work directly with the founders to shape pricing, packaging, and positioning
Be hands-on. This is not a manage-from-a-distance role
Qualification
Required
Proven track record closing B2B software deals
Experience selling complex or technical products, ideally SaaS or automation
Comfort selling value, not features
Ability to operate independently with little structure
Strong communication skills and credibility with business operators
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and build, not just advise
