Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product roadmap for Fizz, including growth, community management, content management, trust & safety, and monetization
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal tools. Work with ops teams to identify recurring issues, find interim solutions, prioritize fixes, and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operational pain points
Own analytics reporting by creating dashboards, running SQL queries, and tracking performance metrics to empower teams with actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for operations, growth, and marketing teams
Identify the root cause of urgent bugs and collaborate with engineering to find solutions, while managing communications with growth and marketing teams
Qualification
Required
2+ years of full-time experience in a software engineering role with a proven track record of building products from 0 to 1 in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Ability to build product roadmaps and develop long-term strategy, while also being highly execution-oriented and solving daily operational challenges
Comfort balancing data-driven insights with intuition to form strong, opinionated beliefs about product direction
Strong grasp on the psychology of social products with an extreme passion to empathize with the needs of Gen-Z
Preferred
Bonus points for technical product management experience, ideally with a focus on community management, content management, or trust & safety features
