This hands-on, laboratory-based role involves executing assays, preparing controls, managing lab samples, and accurately documenting assay results.

Responsibilities
Execute assays within the AO portfolio (ddPCR, ELISA, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, and others) per AO procedures
Prepare controls for assays and use JMP to set ranges
Complete entry reports in Benchling following ALCOA+
Support the AO team with development experiments, as needed
Participate in managing lab samples and consumables
Accurately document assay results and analyze data
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Relevant Science or Engineering discipline with 0-2 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience
Successful in operating independently and as part of a team
Basic use of Excel functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good documentation, data organization, and attention to detail
Preferred
Prior experience with ELISA and/or ddPCR
Basic understanding of statistics
Prior experience with JMP
Experience in an ALCOA+ environment
Prior experience with Benchling or an equivalent electronic lab notebook
Prior AAV gene therapy analytical assay experience
