Typically 7-12 years of experience
5-7 years of directly related experience with syndicated loans and/or comparable commercial lending experience is required, to include knowledge of closing, trading, and loan servicing functions to support complex syndicated loans structures
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively across groups with the organization
Ability to lead, provide guidance and work under limited supervision
Preferred
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
Experience with loan-based software Loan IQ and ClearPar strongly preferred
Prior experience acting as a subject matter expert and coordinating the work of others
