Responsibilities
Follow standard processes to coordinate the add, change and removal of client connections over an MPLS backbone network as well as Site to Site VPN connections
Support network wide updates and security enhancements
Respond to Network Operations escalations
Support audit requests and findings
Develop and maintain network drawings and documentation
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Managing IT projects or operations teams
At least 2 years Technical Operations experience
At least 2 years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure
At least 2 years experience with desktop platforms and operating systems
At least 2 years of experience with incident management and reporting tools
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
3+ years of experience in MPLS data network engineering
5+ years of experience in data Network Operations on an MPLS network
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow
3+ years of experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking)
1+ year of experience with Cisco networking products
1+ years of experience with PaloAlto firewalls
1+ years of experience with Splunk
1+ year of experience with Riverbed
1+ years of experience with Wireshark
Network Address Translations and Access Lists
1+ year of experience with TCP/IP Protocol
1+ year of experience with ISO-8583 protocol
