Sales Development Representative - Equity - $70k to $110k OTE
Whitley Recruiting Partners is recruiting for a leading software-as-a-service company that has experienced significant revenue growth. They are seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and to work closely with Account Executives.
Responsibilities
Make 70 outbound cold-calls per day
Establish new business pipeline in an assigned territory
Receive excellent training during a 1 month 'bootcamp'
Earn performance bonuses ranging from $2k-$7k per month
Earn monthly commission ranging from $2k-$5k
Work in-office 3 days/week in downtown Raleigh on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Work remotely on Mondays and Fridays
Qualification
Required
Experience in outbound sales or cold calling
Ability to make 70 outbound cold-calls per day
Willingness to work in-office 3 days a week in downtown Raleigh
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desire to earn performance bonuses and commissions
Ambition to grow within the company
