Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with attorneys to develop strategy for the defense of actions
Assist in drafting of pleadings, discovery, memos, briefs and other legal correspondence and litigation documents
Shadow an attorney in depositions, conferences, hearings and all other aspects of the defense of a case
Conduct legal and medical research and analysis
Assist with the drafting of motions
