Responsibilities

Consulate with personnel to discuss & formulate estimates
Prepare Estimates
Prepare cost statements
Review labor & all costs in regards to estimates
Seek & Identify new subcontractor partnerships along with retaining old one's
Work with Project Management to prepare & establish project strategy

Qualification

Estimating experienceProcore softwareMicrosoft softwareConstruction knowledgeProject management

Required

2+ years of Estimating experience
Solid computer skills (Microsoft software)
Experience with procore or other construction software
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
