They are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Lead to support and enhance enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications, primarily focused on Finance, Purchasing, and Inventory modules.

Responsibilities
Serve as the functional owner and subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance , with working knowledge of Purchasing and Inventory
Partner with business SMEs to optimize processes and improve system utilization
Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, including custom fields, workflows, fast formulas, and security roles
Assess impact of Oracle quarterly releases and patches; coordinate business testing efforts
Develop and execute test strategies, test scripts, and end-to-end testing for enhancements and fixes
Monitor system stability, performance, and architecture
Design, maintain, and review custom security roles; conduct periodic audits
Create functional and technical specifications for integrations and peripheral systems
Troubleshoot application issues, lead root-cause analysis, and drive resolution
Collaborate with internal teams, Oracle, and third-party vendors on maintenance and environment management
Document system requirements, workflows, policies, and procedures
Mentor and train team members supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of ERP implementation and/or administration experience
3+ years as a Finance Functional Lead supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules
Working knowledge of Purchasing and Inventory modules
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion configurations, data structures, and object relationships
Experience leading full lifecycle initiatives (requirements, design, testing, deployment)
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Background supporting large, complex enterprise environments
Demonstrated initiative to stay current with emerging Oracle Cloud technologies
