Qualification
Required
BS in Accounting
3+ years of recent Real Estate Property Accounting experience in Multi-Family or Senior Living Property Management is required
Strong GAAP knowledge
Willingness to work onsite initially for the first 90 days, then transition to a hybrid schedule
Current Arizona Resident
Preferred
1+ years of recent supervisory or lead experience is preferred
