Responsibilities

Work collaboratively within a small team on multiple complex international shareholder actions
Conduct extensive legal research and writing on issues both within and outside the United States
Research and compile evidence on various corporate and non-corporate legal structures
Develop and execute litigation strategies, including document collection, organization, and case tracking
Communicate routinely with institutional investors, custodian banks, and other key stakeholders

Required

Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities

Professional judgment, discretion, and a consistently positive, composed demeanor
Ability to learn on the job and successfully integrate guidance and feedback
Proficiency in or advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing (or eligibility to waive in)
1-3 years of legal experience
Applicants must also be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S

Preferred

Knowledge of, or demonstrated interest in, international and comparative law is beneficial
