Responsibilities
Provide architecture, design, configuration, and operational support for Microsoft Teams (excluding voice) including policies, governance, tenant configuration, and integration with other systems
Configure and manage Teams-integrated applications such as Planner, Microsoft Lists, and other collaboration apps
Lead configuration, policy management, and operational support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Agent
Provide escalation support for Teams Chat and Teams Collaboration incidents, working directly with end users and vendors to drive resolution
Provide escalation and advanced troubleshooting support for Copilot-related issues, coordinating directly with Microsoft support when required
Administer and operationalize Microsoft Purview for compliance, data governance, and information protection use cases related to Teams and Copilot
Support Defender-related scenarios as needed (Microsoft Defender experience is a plus)
Support deployments and adoption efforts for Teams and Intapp Workspaces within legal industry environments (experience in law firms is a plus)
Produce, maintain, and socialize internal IT documentation, runbooks, and SOPs to standardize operations and accelerate issue resolution
Mentor other engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, compliance, endpoint, applications) to ensure integrated solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven deep understanding of Microsoft Teams architecture (non-voice), including tenant configuration, policies, lifecycle management, and security controls
Hands-on experience configuring and managing Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Agent, including policy and governance configurations
Practical experience with Teams-integrated apps such as Planner and Microsoft Lists
Experience with Microsoft Purview for information governance and compliance configurations relevant to Teams and M365
Demonstrated experience in escalation support and troubleshooting for Teams collaboration and Copilot—working with end users and coordinating with vendor/Microsoft support
Preferred
Microsoft Defender experience is a plus
Experience in law firms is a plus
