Join a flexible, on-call pool of skilled immigration attorneys to assist clients during Individual Hearings
Work with clients to talk through difficult experiences and keep client focused on key facts
Follow processes and work efficiently according to detailed directions
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and an active membership in good standing of any state bar
USCIS/Immigration Experience: Prior experience practicing immigration law in court
Ability to work with clients to talk through difficult experiences and keep client focused on key facts
EOIR number
Ability to follow processes and work efficiently
Ability to follow detailed directions
Computer skills (Typing - MS Word and MS Excel, Document Management - DropBox, Email - MS Outlook)
Preferred
Experience using a case management software system
Must be bilingual - Spanish
