Responsibilities

Skilled immigration attorneys to join a flexible, on-call pool
Gain a steady influx of cases as well as valuable experience partnering with a national immigration firm
Provide PAID training! Grow your skill set & your practice!
Prior experience practicing immigration law in court required
Ability to work with clients to talk through difficult experiences and keep client focused on key facts required
Ability to follow processes and work efficiently
Ability to follow detailed directions

Required

J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and an active membership in good standing of any state bar
Must reside in California to be able to attend the in-person hearings
Prior experience practicing immigration law in court
Can be either experience with USCIS (affirmative cases) or EOIR/Immigration Court (defensive cases)
Ability to work with clients to talk through difficult experiences and keep client focused on key facts
EOIR number
Ability to follow processes and work efficiently
Ability to follow detailed directions
Computer skills (Typing - MS Word and MS Excel, Document Management - DropBox, Email - MS Outlook)

Preferred

Experience using a case management software system
Must be bilingual - Spanish
