Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for Clients
Maintain an agenda of in-person meetings with Procurement and R&D teams at the customers
Establish the levels of relationship within the customer’s organization utilizing other Prodalim resources as deemed necessary (management support, technical sales, customer service, regulatory and quality resources)
Covering territories in the whole of the USA
Work closely with Category Manager to ensure execution of the agreed upon customer growth plans
Prepare annual customer plans
Mange the execution of contracts and backlogs
Overseeing contracts, monitoring timely delivery to customers
Work in close coordination with Customer Service
Execution of the Sales Budget and Forecasts:
Secure the periodic renewal of all existing contracts and agreements
Manage pricing to achieve Gross Margin objectives
Open new customers as per planned targets definition
Promoting new products as per planned launch program
Internal Liaisons
Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing and Procurement teams to deliver tailored solutions
Being part of the global sales team
Maintain accurate Records
Of sales activities, forecasts and customer interactions using CRM tools (Salesforce)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the flavor & fragrance ingredients industry
Strong technical understanding of flavor and fragrance compounds and their applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 30%)
