Responsibilities
Interns will carry a small case load and provide point of care and psychotherapy to their clients of various ages
Therapeutic modalities utilized in individual therapy will include TF-CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, DBT, and play therapy
Interns will play a role in the client's treatment team with other departments throughout the agency
Conduct client assessments, treatment and discharge planning and documentation skills
Qualification
Required
Interns must be master's level students in a social work, counseling, or psychology program
This internship requires a two-semester commitment
