Responsibilities
Lead high‑impact community health programs
Oversee strategic initiative development
Ensure full compliance with federal grant regulations
Manage the implementation of Community Action Plans
Partner with grants management and compliance teams to support accurate contracting and reporting
Drive the onboarding and execution of key strategic initiatives
Develop and monitor budgets to achieve award‑related financial and operational goals
Facilitate internal process improvements
Guide staff and contractors in meeting federal requirements
Prepare federal program reports
Contribute to leadership and community partner reporting
Manage relationships with government agencies and community organizations
Coordinate data collection, metric analysis, and performance reporting
Support evaluation efforts
Ensure regulatory compliance
Participate in community councils and boards
Advance Presbyterian’s mission through continuous improvement of community health initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree required
Five to eight years of business / administration / operations experience
Preferred
Masters Degree in Business, Management, Administration, Public Health preferred
