Member Success Manager

TechUnited is a membership organization dedicated to empowering innovators and entrepreneurs. The Member Success Manager will be responsible for expanding the membership and sponsorship base by utilizing various prospecting strategies to engage potential customers and facilitate new memberships and renewals.

Responsibilities

Leading the pipeline process for developing new leads
Soliciting, parsing, and building lists for membership and sponsorship outreach
Organizing and tracking all campaigns and sales opportunities in CRM
Understanding customer needs and budget to sell accordingly
Closing membership and renewal deals
Utilizing email, social media, phone, and virtual tools to engage with prospects and customers to update them on our offerings and opportunities
Adding minimum 50 new leads into the membership pipeline per week
Working with the Head of Business Development and Head of Experience to report findings that will update sales copy, go-to-market strategy, membership offerings, and customer marketing materials
Maintain relationships with members and create strategies to maximize their experience and help elevate their brand

Qualification

Required

Three years of professional sales experience
Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
Interest in technology and ability to leverage technology to create sales opportunities
High level of expertise with tech tools including CRMs (we use Pipedrive), Google Suite, Zoom, Trello, Excel
